卡價通 — 使用條款

使用卡價通（以下稱「本 App」）即表示你同意這份條款，以及 Apple 的標準授權條款（EULA）。本 App 由 Studio WJ 提供。

價格資訊僅供參考

本 App 顯示的行情，是依公開的二手市場成交紀錄整理、換算的參考價，不是買賣報價，也不保證正確、完整或即時。實際成交價會因卡況、版本、時機而不同。請不要只依本 App 的資訊做買賣或投資決定。

商標與內容

本 App 與任何卡牌遊戲的發行商、官方單位或交易平台都沒有關係，也沒有獲得它們的贊助或背書。卡片名稱、圖片和相關商標屬於各自的權利人，本 App 只為了辨識卡片和顯示行情而使用。

付費方案按月或按年自動續訂，費用從你的 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號扣款。
年方案可能附免費試用；試用期結束前沒有取消，就會自動轉成付費訂閱。
在目前的訂閱期結束前至少 24 小時取消，就不會續訂。取消方式：iPhone 的「設定 › Apple ID › 訂閱項目」，或 Google Play 的「付款與訂閱」。
退款依 App Store 或 Google Play 的規定處理。

帳號

本 App 會替你建立匿名帳號，你也可以綁定 Apple 或 Google 帳號。請不要濫用服務（例如大量建立帳號、用程式大量抓取資料）；我們可能限制或停用這類帳號。你可以隨時在「設定」裡刪除帳號。

服務變更

我們可能調整、暫停或停止本 App 的部分功能或資料來源。這份條款有變更時，會更新這一頁和上面的日期。

責任限制

在法律允許的範圍內，本 App 依現狀提供；對因使用或無法使用本 App、或依賴其中資訊所產生的損失，我們不負責任。

CardPrice Go — Terms of Use

By using CardPrice Go (the “App”) you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard License Agreement (EULA). The App is provided by Studio WJ.

Prices are for reference only

Prices shown in the App are reference values compiled and converted from public second-hand market sales. They are not offers to buy or sell, and we do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current. Actual prices vary with condition, variant and timing. Do not rely solely on the App when buying, selling or investing.

Trademarks and content

The App is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any trading card game publisher, official organization or marketplace. Card names, images and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify cards and show prices.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically every month or year and are charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
The annual plan may include a free trial; unless cancelled before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal: on iPhone in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
Refunds are handled under App Store or Google Play policies.

Accounts

The App creates an anonymous account for you, and you may link an Apple or Google account. Do not abuse the service (for example by creating accounts in bulk or scraping data with scripts); we may limit or disable such accounts. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Changes to the service

We may change, suspend or discontinue features or data sources. If these terms change, we will update this page and the date above.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for losses arising from using or being unable to use the App, or from relying on its information.
