掃不到卡怎麼辦？

把卡片左下角的系列代號和卡號（例如「SV2a 201/165」）放進畫面中間的框裡，光線充足、不要反光。還是讀不到的話，可以到「搜尋」直接打卡名或「SV2a 201」。

支援哪些卡？

目前收錄日文版卡牌的最近幾個世代，資料會陸續增加。找不到的卡，歡迎寫信告訴我們。

價格從哪裡來？多久更新？

行情是日本二手市場的成交紀錄整理出來的參考價：近 30 天成交價的中位數，再依當天匯率換算成台幣、港幣或美元。熱門和貴的卡更新比較頻繁，其他的卡會隔幾天到幾週更新一次。價格只供參考，詳見使用條款。

免費版和付費版差在哪？

免費版每天可以看 15 張卡的價格，走勢看得到近 30 天。付費版不限張數、看完整走勢，還能設定價格提醒。

怎麼取消訂閱？

iPhone：「設定 › Apple ID › 訂閱項目」。Android：Google Play「付款與訂閱」。要在這一期結束前 24 小時取消才不會續訂。

換手機怎麼保留收藏？

在「設定」綁定 Apple 或 Google 帳號，換手機後用同一個帳號登入就能找回收藏和提醒。已購買的訂閱可以在付費頁按「恢復購買」。

怎麼刪除帳號？

「設定 › 刪除帳號」，伺服器上的資料會立刻刪除。詳見隱私權政策。

The scanner can’t read my card

Fit the set code and card number printed at the bottom-left of the card (for example “SV2a 201/165”) inside the frame, with good light and no glare. If it still can’t read it, use Search and type the card name or “SV2a 201”.

Which cards are supported?

The App currently covers the most recent series of Japanese-language cards, and more are added over time. If a card is missing, let us know.

Where do prices come from, and how often are they updated?

Prices are reference values compiled from sales on Japan’s second-hand market: the median sale price over the last 30 days, converted to TWD, HKD or USD at the day’s exchange rate. Popular and expensive cards are updated more often; others every few days to few weeks. Prices are for reference only — see the Terms of Use.

What does the paid plan include?

The free plan shows prices for 15 cards a day and the last 30 days of history. The paid plan removes the daily limit, shows full price history and adds price alerts.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid renewal.

How do I keep my collection when I change phones?

Link an Apple or Google account in Settings, then sign in with the same account on your new phone. Purchased subscriptions can be restored with “Restore Purchases” on the paywall.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Delete account. Your data on our server is deleted immediately. See the Privacy Policy.
